This was our 2nd purchase from Doan. Our salesman for both transactions was Cory DeKruger. Cory did all the leg work up front for us, so by the time we made it to the dealership he had it narrowed down to a couple vehicle that met those needs, making it so much easier and less time consuming to come to a decision. Cory is alway courteous and professional and goes above and beyond to create a stress-free sale. And he doesn't forget about service after the sale!! It was a last minute change in the monthly rental pricing. After Roland and I agreed on, and shook hands upon a price, I figured it was set. However, during the time it took for the new car to be prepped and the plates to be changed, the monthly lease payment was changed. If this situation was unavoidable by the staff at Doan, because it was Saturday and there were financing issues, then so be it. I appreciated Roland's hard work. I appreciate being in a better position with regards to the vehicle, monthly payment, and not having to be concerned about maintenance issues....Driving off with a full tank of gas was a nice touch. Overall, it would have been a better experience to get the financing set prior to the final closing/signing off. More
