My husband and I casually stopped by on a Friday evening looking for a used jeep liberty. We saw a 2008 on the lot and Steve Vieira came out and greeted us and let us take it for a test drive. He explained the service order that had been done on it and said if it was purchased those items would be fixed. We liked it and Steve asked if we wanted to work out a deal. It was 530pm on a Friday and Doan closed at 6 so we felt bad for having Steve start this process at this time. He was very accommodating and we negotiated a fair price with him and signed the papers for financing on Saturday the following day. We drove it home that day, the service order had been fulfilled except for a few parts that needed to be ordered. A few weeks later we settled up with Steve with the IOU's that were owed and everything was smooth sailing. Steve followed through on everything he promised, was a very down to earth likeable guy and my husband and I would absolutely do business with Doan and Steve in the future and have only great things to say about our jeep buying experience!
