I found the dealership to be clean and well lit inside, and the lot was generally free of snow, even though we had experienced a significan snow event in the days preceding my visit. I originally started working with John, very friendly and courteous, he had a very good knowledge of the stock on hand and of the option packages. We took a van out for a test drive and John suggested we go to a small neighborhood that still had snow on the ground so I could experience the traction control and antilock brakes as well as all the cool bells and whistles that that option package had. Very impressive! When we returned to the dealership, John and Tom had my trade in evaluated. They presented me a fair price (as far as I am concerned) We had a very nice conversation for quite a few minutes after I determined that that particular van wasn't right for me. There was no pressure at all. I would highly recommend this dealership in general and these 2 salesmen in particular to anyone interested in buying (or browsing) . More
