Being able to have a conversation with John about the different vehicles I was interested in helped me tremendously when making Dodge my final choice. John isn't your typical salesman.. I felt he really wanted me to find the right vehicle for me. Also, the details and attention he paid to me is comparable to no other salesman, for example when he drove up my new Jeep after my purchase, the radio was programmed to my favorite station.
