My initial communications were via email. I expected that after some exchange of information, I would be asked to come in to see a salesperson. Surprisingly, that wasn't the case. I was able to negotiate via email, and had my offer accepted. Everything subsequently went easily and smoothly. This was the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. It wasn't at all like what I was dreading: having to deal with too aggressive salesmen, and long, drawn-out negotiations with the salesman going back and forth to the sales manager, etc. More

I guess I just love Honda's. They've been great cars for me. I came to West Broad recently for a used Civic, and ended up with a new Fit. Kate was very informative and knowledgable. When I brought my new car back in for a protective coat, she met me and gave me a loaner car to drive back to work. Since then she and Christy have communicated with me through email and invited me to stop back in for any further instructions or details about my car. I plan to drive this car til it drops, which should be many years. But when I do get another car, I will definitely look up Kate at West Broad. If she's not there, I hope I can find her somewhere else! More
