They made one xxxx of a loyal customer out of me over the past 3 years...maybe they took pity on me since I'm a poor grad student, but their assessments were honest as far as I could tell and they did good w past 3 years...maybe they took pity on me since I'm a poor grad student, but their assessments were honest as far as I could tell and they did good work on my car. They even did minor repair work (fixing my fuel door) for free and with a smile, and went to the length of always giving me a call the day after to make sure I have no complaints regarding their work. Excellent dealership, at least in terms of maintenance service, and they never gave me any crap about "oh i think you should get this repaired/replaced/flushed" unlike, ahem, certain other dealerships in the northern va area.
