Rob Ramer was an excellent sales person. Rob was a very informative sales person. His listening skills were excellent. Since this was a cash purchase I explained I did not want to listen to all the discussion about financing because it was not going to happen. . He relayed that information to finance person and he honored all my request. Came in on a Monday night - told Rob I was going to another dealership to look at a car on Tuesday. Once again no pressure nor did he try to but the other dealership or other car choice down. (Can't say that about the other dealership) Left the second dealership Tuesday night and stopped in West Broad to look at car again even tho Rob was off. Everyone was nice and helpful..
