Professional & Good Experience Scheduled to have an oil change and state inspection completed on my car. When I came in, I was told that it would be a 1.5 hour wait. Excellent. I had to get my car inspected ASAP, as I had not realized that it had expired the previous month. Then unexpectedly I had to rearrange my calendar so that I could attend a memorial service for a friend who had died. The West Broad Honda folks were flexible to fit me in for an earlier appointment. When it took longer for them to go over my car, they went above and beyond by giving me a lift to another appointment that I had that day, which had also been bumped up to accommodate the memorial service. Rudy was so kind to take me to where I needed to go while my car was still being worked on. I have confidence in their taking care to make sure my Honda Pilot is road worthy.
