I was urged by a relative to give West Broad a try again; so glad I did. This location is much more convenient for me. I have purchased 3 Honda's from this dealership over the years. But the service could not compare to Mechanicsville. This appointment at West Broad was great. I felt as though there was genuine concern for my vehicle. West Broad has always been good to me on service. Transparent and Timely. I had a sensor that was faulty that was replaced under warranty.
