Contacted the dealership for a regular oil change yesterday. Today the oil pan cover guard fell off and I returned to the dealership to have the service department address the issue. After speaking yesterday. Today the oil pan cover guard fell off and I returned to the dealership to have the service department address the issue. After speaking with Neil the service associate, he assured me it would be a quick fix and I would be on my way. Upon receiving my truck back, I checked underneath the vehicle and saw that instead of replacing the broken guard that was unrepairable the service technician punched another hole in the guard and connected it to the frame of my truck with zip ties. I immediately informed Neil that this was an unacceptable quick fix it job and that it would break loose in no time leaving me the cost of the repair. I brought my truck to the dealership without any issues prior to being service and expected it to be returned as such. After waiting nearly three hours for them to decide as to fix it or not, I was told it would be $100 dollars to replace the part that is broken. This dealership sold me the truck with no TPM sensors (safety concern) in the tires as well as a faulty rear taillight. Although purchasing the lifetime oil changes, I WILL NOT return for service at this dealership and recommend my fellow Veterans steer clear. More

Please teach your services advisors not to be pushy and trying to ripoff custumers that are regular customers. Be aware if you think they are a good option to fix your car.
