He listened to what we thought we wanted and showed us what he had available - we found the perfect SUV for her. With a little negotiation (and not so painful), we got what we wanted. He was ready and waiting for me at the appt time, he dedicated his entire focus on me from start to finish in the buying process. I never felt like he was distracted or juggling other customers...he made sure everything was done correctly with the finance person and was waiting for me when I was finished with that piece. He even sat in the new car with me and helped me program it and transferred my license. This was a 5 star experience...and I just received a tin of cookies on my front porch from Wesley Chapel Honda as a thank you.
