I already own an Accord so when looking for a new SUV, I was leaning towards a Honda. When I first met the salesman, Al Polizzi, (I believe it was initially via an email inquiry) he DID NOT PRESSURE ME!! I was leaning towards a Honda. He gave me an overview of the vehicle and then I did some comparison shopping. I came back to Wesley Chapel Honda for a test drive and Al was off that day so Ned Anderson helped me. What I LOVED WAS the fact that Ned let me take the CRV on a test drive WITHOUT HIM and I thought that was fabulous! I could drive the car and not get a sales pitch while taking the test run. I made up my mind that day that I would be back to purchase from Wesley Chapel Honda. I made several calls to Al and everytime he was pleasant and very informative regarding the vehicle. I didn't feel that PRESSURE that other dealers put you under the minute you drive onto their lot!! He was extremely fair during the "negotiation" and I was thrilled to be able to get some "extras" thrown in. :) Gonca is a doll! Explained everything as I was signing.. Everyone there was friendly and seemed as though they all like their jobs!! Al assured me if I have any questions regarding the NAV, bluetooth, etc..., that he is there to help!! I may just go back and hang out there from time to time! :) More

I went to Wesley Chapel Honda looking for two specific used cars that I had seen in their inventory and one was already sold and the second just wasnt what I was looking for. Joe Struzzeri was the salesperson that I had worked with as soon as I arrived. He is the best person that I have ever met. He asked me some questions of what I was looking for, and when he pulled up with the first car that he wanted me to look at it was like he read my mind of exactly the kind of car that I wanted. Joe was extremly considerate, my mother loved him, because he not only talked to me and made sure I understood everyhting but also with her. This was the first time I was able to purchase a car by myself, also without using a cosigner. Thank you so much Joe! More
