This review is based on my experience with Wesley Chapel Hondas' Service Department. I bought a Honda Accord back on May 2013 and while it was being serviced I had the pleasure of meeting Tito Guzman (A se Hondas' Service Department. I bought a Honda Accord back on May 2013 and while it was being serviced I had the pleasure of meeting Tito Guzman (A service advisor). Tito is very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Such as taking the time to explain to me what was being done to my vehicle. Tito practices excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him. Tito is definitely a great asset, it is employees like this that Wesley Chapel Honda cannot afford to lose. Thank you Tito! Wow, my husband who likes to be difficult in these type of transactions, said dealing with Alistair Loblack & Wesley Chapel Honda, was such a pleasant experience, he didn't have the heart to give them a ha of transactions, said dealing with Alistair Loblack & Wesley Chapel Honda, was such a pleasant experience, he didn't have the heart to give them a hard time! This was our second purchase from this dealership, and we didn't feel any high pressure..everyone was so friendly & helpful. Alastair was a delight to work with, you can really see that he loves what he does, takes his job very seriously, and truly knows his "stuff". When he offered to deliver our new car to Trinity, we couldn't believe it! Our second CRV, love it. We highly recommend this dealership & especially Alistair Loblack. More

I bought a new Honda Accord from Wesley Chapel Honda on May 2013. Everything was fine until it started to leak oil. As it turned out it had a cracked engine block...wait...What?!!! I was so disappointed May 2013. Everything was fine until it started to leak oil. As it turned out it had a cracked engine block...wait...What?!!! I was so disappointed that I decided to talk to management (who did not see the seriousness of my concerns). I had considered taking this situation directly to American Honda; but, before I took action Tony Bolin (A sales consultant at Wesley Chapel Honda) took the initiative to advise me concerning the option to do a trade in. To make a long story short, I decided to take his suggestion and I am now very happy with my new car. I want to take this opportunity to thank Tony for being courteous, professional and his attention to detail (e.g. showing me many of the functions on my car and following through after the sale). It is employees like Tony that Wesley Chapel Honda cannot afford to lose. Thank you Tony! More

These guys are completely unethical and crooked. They sold my wife a van a month ago and we received a call today that the price would go up $100. We assumed our trade had been paid off as promised and e sold my wife a van a month ago and we received a call today that the price would go up $100. We assumed our trade had been paid off as promised and everything was final. We were told a month after the deal that they couldn't get the interest rate we had agreed on. Now we are taking the car back and they have made us late on the old car payment. PJ in finance could care less and the management doesn't care. I've purchased dozens of cars in my life but never been treated this badly or unethically. More
