A Pleasant Shopping Experience After receiving a number of phone calls from Tony Bolin, I was thinking to myself that times must be pretty tough, because this guy seems to be a litt After receiving a number of phone calls from Tony Bolin, I was thinking to myself that times must be pretty tough, because this guy seems to be a little anxious for us to come in. Because of a pre-planned road trip up north in the very near future, we decided maybe we should go in to see this Tony guy - maybe it was time to trade our 2010 Accord in on a newer one. We made arrangements to meet with him, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he wasn't anything the way I had stereotyped him. Most salespersons are "pushy", which is a complete turnoff for me. Tony was extremely patient with us, spending a lot of time showing us different models and we even test drove a couple of them. He worked out some numbers for us and it seemed like a good deal, but just wanted to confirm that by visiting another Honda dealer. We explained to Tony that we just wanted to compare prices and promised to get back to him either way. The salesperson at Brandon Honda was "pushy" for one thing and then they told us there was no way Wesley Chapel could offer us the deal we told them they made without losing money. Were we liars? We then knew we needed to go back to Wesley Chapel Honda and, again, met with Tony as promised. Making a decision on which model would best fit our needs was the most difficult. Tony explained all the features of each one and didn't try to lean us towards any one in particular. We've had Accords for a number of years and decided to stick with it. When Tony had all the numbers worked out for us, we knew we made the right choice. It was a real pleasure working with him - he's a real asset to Wesley Chapel Honda. Salespersons like him make car shopping a pleasant experience. Hope he's still their for our next purchase! . More

It's the worry that comes with wondering if you’re getting a good deal and the anxiety of the entire negotiation process. My husband suggested that I take one of our cars up to Honda and trade it in... WITHOUT HIM. I spent the entire weekend thinking about everything I would say and how "I wasn’t going to let those guys push me around", lol. My first and only car buying experience was when I was 18... I'll never forget the sales guy trying to talk me into a new Cavalier that had extensive hail damage and telling me "the Texas sun was hot enough that it would pop them out". I am now in my 30's and it is my motto to always have backup :) I did my research on this dealership over the weekend and was surprised to find that they had over 270 reviews on google and 4.5 starts. That in itself is an accomplishment in the automotive industry. I noticed that Tony Snyder had numerous fans raving about his customer service and personality, so I called and made an appt for 10 am on Monday. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by several friendly employees asking what they could do to help me. Tony promptly walked up and introduced himself and I was immediately put at ease by his demeanor. I explained what I wanted to do and he went back to crunch numbers for me. He never once pushed me to give him a social security number etc. He was back to me in a jiffy and we discussed a couple of changes. I am not kidding when I tell you that I walked in at 10am and walked out at 11:05am Monday morning with a car deal ... COMPLETED!!!! Can you believe that? Needless to say, my car buying experience was so far above excellent that my husband and I actually bought two cars from his yesterday. If you need a car (even if you’re upside down like I was) go see this guy. You won’t be disappointed! When you walk thru the door you can immediately see they have created a customer friendly culture and they are on your side. That’s not an easy thing to find. Questionable management Wesley Chapel Honda might do everything correct to get you to purchase a vehicle, but their service department falls way short for the Honda brand. It was probably the first time that I ever asked my wife to take a brand new car in for maintenance; and the service staff at Wesley Chapel Honda proceeded to argue with my wife and told her everything that she was doing wrong with the vehicle. Consider the fact that over the last 30 years we have had at least 2 and sometimes 3 new Hondas sitting in our driveway or garage, everything from a S-2000 to Pilots, we have a pretty good idea how Honda's work and don't work. The mere fact that a service advisor having the audacity to argue with a customer instead of saying, "Yes Mrs. G, we will have someone look into it" just blows me away. My wife complained to the management and arrangements were nicely made to pick up her car the next day for repairs; until they forgot to pick it up! Somebody needs to go back to school at this dealership and learn how to teach younger service advisors what customer service is all about. I don't blame the inexperienced personnel but the management of this organization. The owners of this business aught to be embarrassed with the way that customers are treated. More

My impression of Wesley Chapel Honda is not just that the sales and service associates are friendly toward and accommodating to their customers, but have a visible commradarie with each other. I love the Honda CR-V Joe helped me select yesterday. He was extremely patient, encouraging me to test drive three cars as often as I wanted. He worked tirelessly with my husband and me from early a.m. until late afternoon and we are now the happy owners of a beautiful comfortable new car. Thank you Joe . More

Had it been anyone else I don't believe I would be in the Honda I drive today. Even when I had a question about my vehicle leaving from work Anthony, promptly answered his phone and guided me to the correct answer. As a United States airmen i am astounded and privileged to feel comfortable enough to contact Anthony for ANY problem or question I have. A 5 STAR employee in my opinion. When I first bought the car, while paper work was being processed, I reported that the brake light comes on, supposedly it was checked then, leaving the dealership, brake light still continued to come on. When I took the car in for a/c I mentioned the brake light again, Tito Guzman said it was because a missing back brake light, I had it replaced. After car was returned to me, brake light still comes on. I write this review because you might want to know, maybe you don't. I take full responsibility for my purchase, I made the decision. I won't recommend your dealership. What I am upset about is things that were said to me. When I took the car in, a Tuesday ( 3/25/14) I was told my the service rep, several times that the reason, one of them anyway was, that it was going to take time to get the a/c repaired was because you are a honda dealer, in fact he said that to me several times. Honestly if he said it one more time, I was going to say to him if that was the case then you should only sell Hondas, but you don't, you sell quite a few different makes of cars, my point is, I DON'T CARE what you sell, I bought the car from Wesley chapel honda.!!!!!!! I would have loved to have heard, " I'm sorry you are having trouble with your air conditioning, we will do every thing to get this resolved as quick as possible" when I took my car in on Tuesday, I explained to the service rep that I could not take phone calls at work, and to please call me with updates, ( which he promised to do) before 1:00pm. So from Tuesday to Friday I did not here from him. I got a call Friday evening close to 5:00pm ( 2 hours after I got to work ) with an update, of course a message had to be left, because I could not take the call, the message said car will be ready, early afternoon on Saturday, not by noon or be here at noon. Keep in mind I work 3-11pm. I tried calling the service rep back to get clarity on the time, I got voice mail, he never called back. I call the first thing the next morning, got voice mail. I waited, no response, I then called the general service number, and spoke to iris, who seemed to understand, and said she would walk over and find Mr Guzman, he then called me back. The first thing I heard from him when I asked, why the short notice, he said " we are really busy with other customers ". I DON'T WANT to hear that, I wasn't born yesterday, I know that a service department is busy. When I went to pick the car up, he was in a much nicer frame of mine, more polite, nothing was explain to me what needed to be done to the car, I had to read it on the print out I was given, and according to it, work done was basically done to get the a/c working. " My Bad" I had a warranty, that I purchased from your dealership!!! The icing on the cake was when I was taken over to the cashier to pay my deductible a cashier, Chelsea hardly looked up, she was disturbed that she could not find a pen, I stood there for a minute while she searched, when it was brought to her attention that there were pens in the holder, Ms Fernandez said, " I want the pen I paid a lot of money for" , thank God she found it. Because it was raining very hard outside, and I was called at the last minute to pick up my car, I decided to save time and purchase a get well car for a friend who was in the hospital, she seemed annoyed because the cards are in her department, but she has to wait for another department to send her the invoice, when I saw that it agitated her I told her that I would forget about purchasing the card, so she just wrote the cost on to my service invoice to allow me to purchase the card. I left the counter, and she manage to tell me to have a nice day, but it was her first impression that led me to believe she felt she needed to get that in there. Bottom line, again, no one held a gun to my head to do business with you dealership. I regret it, but as my pastor's pastor would say, " you can't do anything about yesterday, you can only do something about today or tomorrow" . The brake light still comes on, even though, Mr Guzman said it was because of a missing light. Ii feel there is a safety problem, and I will handle it. I will. Make an appointment with a Chrysler dealership, since they " sell that make" and see what's going on with the brake light. Thank you for allowing me to tell you about my experience. More
