Brought my Honda in for recommended maintenance. I had to wait almost 7 hours to get brakes, transmission and fuel pump recall work done. At the 6th hour point, I had to find my customer service tec I had to wait almost 7 hours to get brakes, transmission and fuel pump recall work done. At the 6th hour point, I had to find my customer service technician. He just disappeared. No explanation or reason. Fortunately, a manager asked if I needed help. He guided me to another technician who helped get me checked out. After getting in my car, there was very strong smell of fuel in the car. It was almost as if someone spilled gas in the car. I had to air my car out for a couple of days to try to get rid of the smell. I also used several air fresheners to try to eliminate the smell. More
