I called for an appointment when my car wouldn't start and there were other problems. The rep.made an appointment for 2:40 that day. I was able to get the car started and kept the appointment. Upon arrival the service advisor said it was too late to check it out that day and with the holiday following I should come back the day after. I returned as requested and waited 2.5 hours to learn a part needed to be ordered. The part came as expected and another appointment was made for the work. I'm not complaining, just wondering if the experience could have been shortened some. More
