I talked to Sandi and was not sure if i was ready to get a vehicle yet. I was at work and I told her I was interested in a van I saw on the web site but i was going to be shopping around at other dealership a vehicle yet. She drove it over to my work so i could view it. I was really interested at that point but i was at work. She worked with me over the phone to see what I needed as far as price. I was able to get approved in my price range over the phone and just sign paperwork after work. I could have waisted a whole day or two shopping at other places and still come back to Wendle because you had the deal I needed and great hospitality. More

Lee Cardella is very knowledgeable about the cars he shows us, always acts as though it is a pleasure & not a chore to show us the cars & encourages us to test drive the vehicles we choose. He is professional, friendly & never pushy or intimidating to work with. The finance department is competent & efficient & never pushy either in their offerings for extended warranty coverage, etc. We have taken our various cars to the service dept. for repairs & feel they are honest in the evaluations & so convenient to work with since they provide the customer shuttle service. That is an extra nice convenience for me so I don't have to sit around & wait for service that will take more than an hour to perform or require a friend or second person to follow me there & take me back when the work is completed. Another reason we like buying cars from Wendle Ford is their location is very convenient for us (less than 3 miles) so it is easy & convenient to have oil changes, etc. done there; and they always give the car a free wash!! More
I could have gone elsewhere for a possible lower price, but from prior experiences with Wendle, I knew it was the place to go. Cece had been very diligent in making sure I knew she was there. Wendle gave me more than I expected for the trade in..and the financing part was a breeze. Felt more like visting old friends than buying a car. More
I had a very good experience buying my new Nissan Rogue this past weekend. I had gone on the website to look at cars and see pricing. I was contacted by Sandi Morden by e-mail and phone to see what kind of car I was looking for. She invited me out to the lot and showed me cars she thought I would be interested in. I did test drive a Ford and a Nissan. She called me next day to see what she could do to make it happen for me to get the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and worked really had to get me the deal I wanted. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to go see the friendly and helpful people at Wendle. More

Trip to buy a new car was a positive experience. We traded-in two vehicles that had each had minor body damage but had no major problems running. Trade-in values were fair to good, and price of new vehicle on lot was discounted to encourage us to purchase (more fully loaded) versus the dealership bringing in another vehicle that met more of our specifications (less loaded but not on their lot). We were pleased with service and staff's ability to answer questions and balance in meeting our objectives for the vehicle and the price we were looking for. Options available (warranties, etc.) were explained with no pressure sales pitch. We would return to dealership. More
From the time I walked onto the lot, I was treated like everyone was glad to see me, even though I didn't have an appointment, which wasn't intended, but I had time to shop and wanted to go to Wendle first everyone was glad to see me, even though I didn't have an appointment, which wasn't intended, but I had time to shop and wanted to go to Wendle first. A salesman was walking out of the building and I hollered at him to tell me if Cece was working. He said no, she would be coming in soon, then he called her on his cell phone and let me talk to her. OMG! How special was that! This illustrates my experience for the next three days as Cece worked tirelessly, on her days off and from home, to make sure I got the vehicle I needed to have. Her concern was to make sure I had a vehicle I could afford that would be safe to drive during the winter here, in Spokane, and she knew how to get it done. Cece works well with her coworkers and can ask for their help and expertise whenever she needs to. Wendle isn't about one person, rather, it is about the team and everyone takes an interest in each other's customers. I feel badly I don't remember everyone's name who helped me and Cece, but there were so many. Let her tell you - she knows. As soon as I got home I posted on fb how wonderful my experience was at Wendle Ford and included the Wendle icon for all my friends and family to see! More
