First time @ Wellesley VW. Drew was a friendly smiling face, even at 7:30am. Professional, educated, and informative. Drew covered it all. We ended up just going basic service, oil change and diagnostic for now, we're still figuring out timing, cost of repair actually needed etc. Overall, Drew was great. He might actually be a good enough reason to spend the extra cash servicing at a dealership. I want a relationship with the people touching my car and I want to feel I can trust them. I trust Drew. I didn't cause its a dealer and honestly, I put the car up on jack stands when I got home and everything on his kinda long list, I verified! Leaky sensors, cracked bushings, serpentine cracks, frozen wastegate... all of it. As much as I didn't want it to be true, it was. I don't write reviews, especially for people just doing there job, but this dealership, whomever the technician was and Drew are the Real Deal. More

He made me comfortable from afar, made her comfortable, and most of all, was professional *and* showed emotional intelligence throughout the entire time. Our car was repaired under warranty, so even better! More
