Forgot to leave the keys and paperwork in the car when I went to pick it up. I understand having busy days, we've all been there, but I had to go home and grab the spare fob, and then replace the battery f went to pick it up. Drew was excellent, but repair was not durable. Broken again after only 11 days. VW needs to engineer and provide a retrofit solution for critters getting into engine compartment and damaging winds Broken again after only 11 days. VW needs to engineer and provide a retrofit solution for critters getting into engine compartment and damaging windshield washer system. Drew recommended Red Fox urine as a repellant but even that has not been successful. Need to use "hardened materials" that will not get chewed up. At close to $800 per repair, this being the fourth incident, VW is becoming a money pit. More
