This is my second or third time being at Volkswagen since I bought the car in July. Supposedly when I brought my car in for a leaky tire which the staff at the service department did not find the nail that w I bought the car in July. Supposedly when I brought my car in for a leaky tire which the staff at the service department did not find the nail that was deep in my tire though they said they inspected it. They also did not find that there was a strut that was leaking at the front of the car. Today I have an SOS symbol coming on across my dashboard saying it's deactivated And calling there has been a challenge. Although I know the staff is trying to keep their patience my frustration with Volkswagen in Wellesley has been immense. I am trying to figure out if I should sell back your car because it doesn't seem to be a good car. And according to the Massachusetts lemon law, I have that right. I would like to work with Wellesley Volkswagen, but each time that I have to bring my car in I have to dedicate several hours have either a shuttle or pay for an Uber or arrange for somebody to pick me up and bring me back when I have two kids and a loaded schedule where I need my car and that's why I bought the car at Volkswagen because I needed a reliable affordable and decent car however, it's turning out that this car is not that at all More

Everything about my service was fantastic except they didn’t add coolant so within 3 days of my service my car keeps beeping that it needs coolant. They were kind on the phone and flexible to fix the pro didn’t add coolant so within 3 days of my service my car keeps beeping that it needs coolant. It was pleasant experience until i discovered that tire rotation was not performed, even though it was requested and paid for. Which raises a lot of questions regarding other services that were marked as d rotation was not performed, even though it was requested and paid for.
