Attentive Your desk people were friendly and very attentive to the problems in our ~20 year old van. This was not an inconvenience due to our being retired, having a second car, and the CoViD self-quarantine. We hope VW comes out with another van that can be imported before we pass on. In 2007 we drove one of the non-importable diesels camping in Austria and the Czech Republic. We have been driving one since our wedding in 1966. More

Overpriced Maintenance Service? I paid more money for this time than for the first year service. I am not sure what additional services I have received this time. When I asked for detailed services I received by responding to dealer's email, no response was given thus far. More
