Service at Wellesley VW is always easy. They take your car right on time. Waiting area is clean with coffee/tea & snack bar. Outdoor shopping area and coffee shop right across the street. If there were more of him, no woman would ever feel apprehensive taking their car for service. Michael really got in my world and listened, he was open with communication and I could tell that he authentically cared that I be taken care of the VW way. The staff at this dealership is exemplary and Michael really earned a big hurray on my last visit. Attentive Your desk people were friendly and very attentive to the problems in our ~20 year old van. The bill has been filed and I do not remember names (i.e. the names of those we dealt with). We had to leave it for several days while a part for the door window was tracked down. This was not an inconvenience due to our being retired, having a second car, and the CoViD self-quarantine. We hope VW comes out with another van that can be imported before we pass on. In 2007 we drove one of the non-importable diesels camping in Austria and the Czech Republic. We have been driving one since our wedding in 1966. More
