Felt big time scammed. Came into buy windshield wipers and then mentioned I had heard a loud muffler type sound in my trunk.Paid $100.00 to get it diagnosed. Drew came out with a bill for $1,700.00 to rep and then mentioned I had heard a loud muffler type sound in my trunk.Paid $100.00 to get it diagnosed. Drew came out with a bill for $1,700.00 to replace both the wheel bearings and springs and that it was so much better not to have an inspector come out. Sounded high in price to me considering it was going through a warranty policy I paid $2,800.00 for. After paying the $100.00 and waiting two hours for the results , i was told because of my high deductible it would cost me $ 1,200.. I left and went to a second certified vendor who had maintained my 2009 Audi A8, He found out, after his and the warranty inspector’s results, that the springs did not have to be replaced but the shocks did. So disappointing with my first experience with your dealership. You should be so ashamed! More
I have always liked my relationship with Wellesley VW and used it exclusively for my 2021 Beetle since I moved to Natick in 2016. However, I feel my faulty brakes should’ve been detected and questioned and used it exclusively for my 2021 Beetle since I moved to Natick in 2016. However, I feel my faulty brakes should’ve been detected and questioned during my last 70,000 service March 12- but they weren’t. They started to squeal about 2weeks ago and when I took my Beetle in for a look-see 4/27, an entire brake replacement was performed. I need my car to be safe. More
