Always a good experience. They quoted me a price for a repair and it was incorrect. They ended up charging me the price they quoted and not the higher price. That's solid. Excellent service. A used car I purchased at Wellesley VW needed service. Fortunately, the repairs were covered under warranty which meant no expense to me personally. Drew Ricci handled the situation perfectly keeping me appraised of the situation all along the way and expediting the repair. He was professional, polite, and very accommodating making sure I was happy with the end result. I'll also add that I was fully supported by the sales team; Mike Ahern and Andreas Becker.
