Thankfully, the management has changed, and the new team is focused on customer service again. And... with the new changes and updates, we were glad we had a re-orientation with all of the new features. I was looking around the showroom and Jens, one of the salesmen there, introduced himself and helped me out pick out the car most suited for me. He was very helpful, and not at all pushy! He's quite knowledgeable and has wonderful interpersonal skills. I chose Wellesley VW because of all the positive reviews I read as I was looking for a dealer. I wasn't at all disappointed! The people there are really helpful and again, not at all pushy! VW has a great leasing program! It even comes with free roadside assistance. I love my new car, too and look forward to many miles of happy driving. More
