Certain policies that are specific to Weatherford weren’t explained at the beginning of the sale, which led to difficulties later on. Client advisor was difficult to communicate with. Had to reach out multip explained at the beginning of the sale, which led to difficulties later on. Client advisor was difficult to communicate with. Had to reach out multiple times for updates as well as getting questions answered. Finance was difficult due to the new system they have (similar to Docusign) and finance isn’t on site. Detail did a good job on the car. When I asked to drive the car, client advisor gave the keys and didn’t accompany, assuming there wouldn’t be questions on how to drive or running through some of the features. Overall I was a little disappointed by the buying experience, however I love the car. More

From moment one, our lead sales rep, Jivan, was as helpful and collaborative as we have ever experienced in buying a car. This location has simply not been able to recover from the pandemic. 2 yrs past the initial shut down and the excuses for poor service levels and lack of responsibility is still COVID. I recommend calling the other Bay Area dealerships and Service centers when considering where to take your business to find the location you are valued. I will no be returning. More
