2022 is just a frustrating year for getting a new car. We all knew abut the supply chain issue, but I had hoped it would be less of an issue by the summer. But of course it just got worse. There was hardly any X3 on any dealer's lot in August. That's when a trusted dealer and helpful sale can make a difference. Kevin reached out and came up with several suggestions. With his professional and calm demeanor, we felt we were in good hands. While helping us getting an new order ready, he kept on searching and was able to secure a car just to our like within a week. And when it came to the lease, he was always patient and helpful, and never aggressive. Kevin is a professional who will take that extra step to meet client's needs. We look forward to working with him again. More

Jivan best sales person I’ve dealt with and I’ve purchased many vehicles. Purchase was easy and majority of the paperwork was done online. No pressure sales. The genius guy was amazing as well. My Car has been at Weatherford BMW service since December 2021 with delays due to incompetents by the service team. Took my car in for re-keying, hoodliner control panel replacement and suspension issue. D 2021 with delays due to incompetents by the service team. Took my car in for re-keying, hoodliner control panel replacement and suspension issue. Diagnostic of each issue was not done thoroughly on first go around which resulted in the 6 month+ delays. At the time of writing this review I still have NOT received my car back. Never dealing with Weatherford BMW again! More

Certain policies that are specific to Weatherford weren’t explained at the beginning of the sale, which led to difficulties later on. Client advisor was difficult to communicate with. Had to reach out multip explained at the beginning of the sale, which led to difficulties later on. Client advisor was difficult to communicate with. Had to reach out multiple times for updates as well as getting questions answered. Finance was difficult due to the new system they have (similar to Docusign) and finance isn’t on site. Detail did a good job on the car. When I asked to drive the car, client advisor gave the keys and didn’t accompany, assuming there wouldn’t be questions on how to drive or running through some of the features. Overall I was a little disappointed by the buying experience, however I love the car. More
