I had nothing but a great experience when I went in to purchase my certified pre-owned BMW from Josh. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I saw other reviewers complaining about this dealership running credit checks before negotiating the sale. I don't see what the problem is unless you know you have bad credit (and maybe shouldn't be purchasing a BMW)! Why would they waste their time on you if you can't afford the car? Anyway, their service department was great as well. No problems getting loaner cars or shuttles when I need them. I really feel like they care about their customers. Josh was especially helpful when I needed to take my car in for a couple of things. I would recommend this dealer (and Josh) to friends/family. My husband will be purchasing a car soon, and hopefully from Josh! More

I was new to US, Overall Experience: I would actually give Zero '0' star if there is an option. I bought a used car from these guys two months back. I was new to US, and I was in xxxx need of a car. These guys understood and exploited my pathetic situation to the fullest extent someone could possibly do. Finance Dept: They seemed to be very nice till they get the check from me. Then the moment they got the check, they started showing their true color. The finance department was total BS, they did a blanket application to many credit unions and bought my credit score to the ditch. 1 good Example: They are up to a level that, they said the BMW's provides only one key for the car [other than the valet key]. even though i figured out and asked for it, they stood to their ground. I had sent multiple followups to them, with no acknowledgement or reply ! terrible customer service!!! Despite the fact that i know little about a BMW before purchasing it, I would give them the full credit for educating me [now I am very good at BMW, since i flooded multiple repair shops with my ride to get it fixed for many issues] I would not recommend these guys for any BMW newbies@anytime @anycost!!! better find a good dealer More
I have a 2007 335i with extended maintenance warranty. Brought my car in on 1/10/12. Got Called in to pick up the car, signed the paper, and read the details. Said something about washer fluid leak, hav Brought my car in on 1/10/12. Got Called in to pick up the car, signed the paper, and read the details. Said something about washer fluid leak, have to remove tire this and that ok.. When I got inside my car I notice the tire pressure was on. So i immediately went back inside their office. One of the "mechanic" looked at it, drove my car around the blocks, and say CANT RESET IT DON'T KNOW WHY.. One of the rep who talked to me (wasn't Quentin) had me sat down at his desk. First thing he mentioned was WELL YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRED. without even asking me what exactly happened. So I told him my tires were fine and the tire pressure light wasn't even on when I brought my car in. He simply answered "WELLL THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENS.. our computer system was acting weird yesterday". WELL THINGS DONT JUST HAPPEN AFTER YOUR MECHANICS HAD TOUCHED AND ACTUALLY REMOVED MY TIRES, it stated in the PAPERS. I didn't want to argue with him, i thought it was ridiculous for him to even say that... this place is rip-off! They wont fix it without charging me. Its obviously I want my car the way it was when I brought it in. I end up leaving my car there, they say they were gonna call me but they never did. I even called them today (1/12/12), he didnt answer my car, i even left a voice message there. I guess I have to go back tomorrow to find out what the deal is. This just show how poor and shady their business is. No call back, dont care, no loaners ,no shuttle. They wouldnt even offer me for the shuttle ride they told me to call a friend to pick me UP!! This place is ridiculous, if I were you I would stay out of this place. Even Nissan had better and more responsible customer services there. More
Went in to finalize purchase of car, having discussed my needs, the car, and pricing by phone and eMail. Upon arrival (over one hour drive, one way) I was met by 'my sales rep' Bruce Marks. We confirmed wha needs, the car, and pricing by phone and eMail. Upon arrival (over one hour drive, one way) I was met by 'my sales rep' Bruce Marks. We confirmed what I was there to purchase. Sat down to sign the paperwork. First, he said he needed to run my credit. xxx? I am here to purchase a car, not finance it. He says is it required and just work with him. So "go along to get along" I provide it (did not think about hit on credit score due to credit inquiry). Then he works up the paperwork. PRICE CHANGED. He feigns ignorance. I show him some of our eMail exchanged on my smart phone. He says he can't re-do the documents. After some hassle, he leaves supposedly to go speak to his 'manager'. 10 minutes or so go by, I get tired of waiting, and I walk outside for some fresh air. Bruce is out there across the parking lot having coffee and chatting with some female employee in the service department lobby. He acts very surprised when he sees that I see him. I ask him about my time, wasted so far, trying to purchase a car. He says his manager is 'too busy' so the price is firm. My wife and I are incredulous! We walk out to our car, start to leave. Then some woman Grace come over to our car and asks us to return to the salesroom. Again, our mistake. We do so. We again sit down with Bruce, and he now says that the paperwork was "a mistake" and he can come down a bit on the price. Having wasted the day, we decide to end the pain, and agree to it. When it comes time for delivery, THE CAR IS NOT THE SAME FEATURES NOR COLOR AS WE HAD DISCUSSED OVER THE PHONE. The 'new story': "Oh, that car was sold this morning". Hello?! Treat me like I am stoopid? Lying bunch of thieves. I have owned BMWs since 1970. Still have several. The cars are unique, fun, and recently have upgraded from simple performance to premium luxury cars. Nothing to knock about BMWs (although the prices are too high, compared to historical values) Yes, they do have a large inventory. Yes, you would LIKE to believe the BMW is a good car. I guess BMW and this dealership have some sort of iron-clad dealer agreement, because it does NOT help the brand to have this fellow working for BMW. (Ha!m he does not even own one himself, he drives a Prius) More
wow! they don't like to sell cars at this place! you try and make an offer and they shut you down, saying "we don't negotiate" i guess business is good that they don't need any of my money. I really liked and make an offer and they shut you down, saying "we don't negotiate" i guess business is good that they don't need any of my money. I really liked that used car and wanted to even finance it through the dealership. can't believe in this economy no one answers my calls, emails, text and I have to call them back so they can tell me they are too important for my measily money. I truly wish - there was a Negative 5 on every single option!! This dealership would take the cake for the worst sales team ever.If you are not budging on your price, they proceed to insult and mock a option!! This dealership would take the cake for the worst sales team ever.If you are not budging on your price, they proceed to insult and mock at you. Arrogant rude A#$#*$#$ - everyone of them. So we call this place for a 2009 528i and talk to the internet sales manager and say that we are willing to close the deal today if the price is right. He asks us to come in to negotiate the price and for test drive. Fair Enough!! We are there at the weatherford bmw center 30 minutes after the call ( took 30 minutes to drive to the dealer). Grace was the salesperson whom we worked with. She showed the car and told us that it will be too late and we should talk to the manager before he leaves for the day and we can look at the car later. We believe Grace is going to give us a great deal and go back with her. The first thing she asks u to do is write your # on the paper. Takes all your information - SSN and immediately runs your credit report even before we start negotiating. When you ask her why would she do that, they say "thats the way they work". Then she says let me talk to the manager - and comes back with a KBB report saying u r asking for a huge discount. So we ask her whats the best price they can give us. She doesn't throw any number whereas we move up 1500$ from the price we quoted. Then my husband asks her did you really talk to anyone? She says no my manager is busy and we need to wait. I wonder where she went the few times she said she was going to talk to her manager. Then realizing that this deal is not going anywhere, we get up to walk out and then comes Ralph and he asks whatzz going on. We say that we are really willing to buy but we don't see them working with us. He asks us to sit down and now we think ok this person is going to help us. I must say this was worst decision. He asks us what is our monthly budget. We say it does not matter we make enough money to afford and he says "Good for you. So why don't you put the money down and buy the car". We say thats not how it works, everyone has a budget and we were already at our maximum and we drove from fremont on a weekday since we were serious. His response folks " come on. Fremont is right here". He then proceeds to taunt us saying if I gave you the car for XXX will you buy it now. (That is not even 1000$ than the price they initially quoted). We say no, we are already at our maximum. "He says yeah- keep that in mind". What the xxxx is that supposed to mean? First and foremost - I think itzz a joke that they would not let you see the car first, call you in to negotiate first, then run your credit report - tell you that the price won't work for them and say they don't want to waste your time. Just because you make 200k a year doesn't mean that you won't have a budget. They shouldn;t be telling the customer how much the customer can or cannot afford. Worst customer experience ever. I would rather pay the 5000$ extra at a place where they spend some time with the buyer and if not anything else treat them with some respect!! Will not recommend this place to anyone ever. More
This dealership can possibly be the worst ever place to buy your car. Yes they do have a good inventory but the way they treat their buyers is unbelievable. I spoke to the internet sales manager and quote buy your car. Yes they do have a good inventory but the way they treat their buyers is unbelievable. I spoke to the internet sales manager and quote a price and say that if they can offer the price - i can close the deal. He asks me to come into the dealership to negotiate. Once I went to the dealership, we met up with Grace and she showed us the car. Trust me guys, she only SHOWED us the car. We noticed a small dent on the right side but she says we can fix up anything Guys. Now lets go back to negotiate before the manager leaves for the day. We go with her and first thing she does takes the SSN and runs the credit report. We are now in a state of shock and we asked her we haven't even started negotiating the price, why would you run the credit report. She says - whatzz the problem it is only 2 points, you can gain it back in a short time. xxx!! This gets even worse - then now that she has all the info, she says she can reduce 500$ off the price. This must be a joke right? Even on a 20k car we will get a better deal. She then says sorry guys I don't want to waste your time. xxx again!! Then we get up to walk out and now appears a worse SalesPerson than Grace (if that is ever possible) - He says please sit down. Lets discuss. So we sit down hesitantly and he says so what is your monthly budget? Why would this be his concern - God Only knows. I tell him, monthyl budget is not the issue. But there is only so much that we can afford. He then has the nerve to say - when you make so much money why don';t u put the money down and buy?? Then we ask him, you are not working with us at all and even before negotiating why did you hurry to run the credit report etc. His response - That's the way we work!! Thats exactly how ridiculous this place is. Then Ralph proceeds to insult you even more while the rest of the sales folks watch. I should say this is the WORST EVER DEALERSHIP AND SALES TEAM. THEY DON'T WORK WITH YOU & if you don't buy on their terms they proceed to insult you. PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - CHECK THE REVIEWS - THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 100!! More
The car I wanted we couldn't close the deal, they wouldn't work with me on price at all, so I left. A day later they say they'll knock price $800, xxx, I would have been ok with that the previous day wouldn't work with me on price at all, so I left. A day later they say they'll knock price $800, xxx, I would have been ok with that the previous day. On my way there (1hr drive), they tell me oops, we've sold it, bummer, but we have others we didn't get to show you, it was hidden in other part of wherehouse. Turns out it was less of a car, I should have done better research, I did pay less, but it was a lot less of a car, I'd been had. To make matters worse, I paid partial cash, they were too tired to count it, a few days later they called to I was short over $500, please drop off a check...grrrr. I thought they had a good selection, but for the price, hassle, drive, it would have been better to go anywhere but here. More
What a pity there is no zero or negative star - that's how I want to rate the horrible experience with Roberto Roy at Weatherfod BMW. It's my fault, I should have checked the other reviews for him at yelp how I want to rate the horrible experience with Roberto Roy at Weatherfod BMW. It's my fault, I should have checked the other reviews for him at yelp before I went there. He gave me a price over the phone for exactly the car I wanted and I went there with cash ready to drive it away. Guess what? There was no such car after more than one hour I myself trying to find it pointed randomly by Roberto Roy. Finally I realized it's just a joke and left. I saw good reviews for other sales persons at Weatherfod but I will not go back there ever again because of Roberto Roy. More
