Kevin is a trustworthy straight shooter; great experience! I have leased four BMWs from Kevin over the past decade and am gearing up to lease my fifth. I know that solo women often get taken advantage of during the lease/purchase transaction, and I have had the opposite experience with Kevin. He has made me feel safe and secure throughout. I trust him to take care of me. He's a straight shooter. Integrity at the highest level. He has never tried to oversell me. He listens carefully so he knows what I want and need, and then he delivers. He is also incredibly responsive on email and text. I trust Kevin so much that I even followed him to Weatherford from another BMW location when he moved. More

I still had 6 months to go, and wanted to find a way to mitigate the lost dollars. Hermine was extremely attentive, thorough and helpful throughout. To start, Hermine assessed my needs accurately and talked me out of cars that weren't a good fit (I'm 6ft 3, told me to avoid certain vehicles etc). Even though the 5 Series was the more expensive car, she recommended a 3 Series based on my needs. I was heavy on buying an "e" model, and ended up with a retired loaner M340i at a great price, and most importantly smoothly out of my last lease. I didn't even tell her that the M3 was always my dream car as a teen! Great job and thank you, Hermine. I highly recommend! More

Bryan McNutt - the advisor said he did not realize my car was a diesel when he gave me the price in the morning. BMW had been covering the service and I have been bringing my car here for the last 4 years, there is no way their system did not recognize my diesel car. Don't trust this service department. More

Mismanaged I have spent thousands over the years in the service dept. Phoned for another appointment and was told that weatherford does not provide loaners to cu I have spent thousands over the years in the service dept. Phoned for another appointment and was told that weatherford does not provide loaners to customers whose warranty has expired. A $600 repair bill went to my new service dept. I will be buying a new BMW X3 next year. Guess where I will not be buying it. More
