To start, Hermine assessed my needs accurately and talked me out of cars that weren't a good fit (I'm 6ft 3, told me to avoid certain vehicles etc). Even though the 5 Series was the more expensive car, she recommended a 3 Series based on my needs. I was heavy on buying an "e" model, and ended up with a retired loaner M340i at a great price, and most importantly smoothly out of my last lease. I didn't even tell her that the M3 was always my dream car as a teen! Great job and thank you, Hermine. I highly recommend! More
