“Okay” experience Overall I had an okay experience. My sales guy was nice he just didn’t seems very enthusiastic at all. They started checking my credit before even talking about a final price. And that was even before I test drove the vehicle. When they went to start the car it had a problem starting which put off a bad impression. I loved the car so I still bought it but the dealership didn’t give me any guidance on how to actually pay my car payment, I was told “I’m sure there’s something online”. When I was simply talking about the interest rate (not even complaining about it) he was saying that it’s the best I would get since I’m 19 in the military. Which is totally xx since I got a better interest rate from a different bank two months ago, it just isn’t in the area. Once paperwork was done they said they were going to fill it up and detail it. They only filled it up and the paper mats and random plastic trash was still in the back. More

Second time around Second visit concerning lock button drivers side. Falls down into door panel. Was told they fixed temporarily and will call when ordered part to fix it comes in. Still waiting....also have a grinding squeak(much louder than a squeak) to front end. Easily heard, by me and anyone around me. Service technicians said they drove it and placed it on a simulator rack and weren’t able to hear it. Yeah right. it’s a VERY obvious sound. I figure since my bumper to bumper coverage ends soon...that will be the end of that. So I’m not particularly happy with Walters at this time. More
