My Chevrolet Traverse was taken back within several moments, and I waited in a very comfortable lounge with a large screen TV, popcorn machine and vending machines, all at my disposal. This convenience allowed me to wait in extreme comfort while my car was being serviced. More

Service Manager is Joke Purchased a 2017 Silverado from Walters GM...first mistake...terrible customer service. I recently took my Silverado in with 31,000 miles...still un Purchased a 2017 Silverado from Walters GM...first mistake...terrible customer service. I recently took my Silverado in with 31,000 miles...still under the bumper to bumper warranty...for an issue. The front skid plate...plastic molding that is chrome coated...showed signs of bubbling. On the first visit, a lady took pics and said that she would have someone look at them and get back with me. Two weeks later, no call so I stopped in to ask about the issue. I was told by the lady that "they" weren't doing to do anything because the skid plate was "hit". I asked to see the service manager and he proceeded to say the same thing and accuse me of being in an accident with the truck. I adamantly disagreed with him and demanded that something be done since the truck had bumper to bumper coverage. His answer was to send me to the Ford Dealership Collision Center for another person to look at it. I agree to go and got the same song and dance basically saying he didn't know about the bubbling and wasn't sure if GM would cover it...but he would check and someone would call me. I immediately knew I was wasting my time so I drove 20 minutes down the road to Pops Chevy and had them look at it. Within 5 miuntes, two employees come out...look at the bubbling...check the vin and proceed to tell me...yes, this is covered...come on in and we will take care of it. Two weeks later, the part came in...Pops Chevy installed it and I am back on the road with no issues. On my way home, I stopped by Walters to let the service manager know it was now fixed and that I wouldn't be back for anything from them. More

Not satisfied with service Had to take brand new truck back for several issues. Truck had several scratches on it, tires made the truck have a vibration and tailgate straps were Had to take brand new truck back for several issues. Never going back Very unfriendly service dept. Took them all day to diagnose a simple issue with my vehicles Mylink system. Had to call several times to get updates, b Very unfriendly service dept. Took them all day to diagnose a simple issue with my vehicles Mylink system. Had to call several times to get updates, but was never successful in finding anything. Whoever took my call each time was supposed to call me back each time, but never did. Also, they asked me several times if I had purchased my car there. What does that matter?? My vehicle is a Chevrolet and they are a Chevrolet dealer. I should receive the same service as someone who bought a vehicle from them. I am very disappointed with my experience there and I do not plan on doing any business with them in the future. More
