GOOD SERVICE, NOT SO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE My car was taken back and serviced in a very timely manner. The only problem was that I was treated rudely by the female person in the Service Depart My car was taken back and serviced in a very timely manner. The only problem was that I was treated rudely by the female person in the Service Department. I was a little late getting there because a car wreck had blocked all four lanes of US 23, but the service person was not very understanding about the. I would have been early had it not been for the wreck. I was supposed to get my initial oil change and tire rotation on my new Malibu that I purchased in December. She informed me that because I was late that they would not have time to do my tire rotation. Actually I was only 15 minutes late and stood in front of her another 15 minutes while she finished a phone call. She was rude and unfriendly. However, when my car was finished, the worker who returned my keys and had me sign the paperwork, was very friendly. I don't know either of their names. The service would have received a perfect score had it not been for the rudeness of that one employee. More
