We are happy to follow up regarding the ChargePoint offer. After the federal tax incentives were announced as being canceled, Hyundai Motor America unexpectedly changed the program with ChargePoint and ended the offer this past July. Unfortunately, the remediation process comes directly from Hyundai and ChargePoint, as the dealer is not an administrator of this program. I’m really sorry to hear about this. If you had a 7:00 a.m. appointment, we absolutely should have communicated with you when there was a delay. Not getting a call back and finding the department closed is frustrating, and that’s not the level of service we want to deliver. We dropped the ball. I’m the General Manager here, and I believe we were able to follow up and get you in a service rental over the weekend and get you back on the road.
