Polite, always keeps me informed on the progress or if they find anything that needs to be dealt with. The only complaint I have is when they are supposed to turn the oil reset and they don’t it continuo they find anything that needs to be dealt with. Bought a vehicle from out of state, slow process but all worked out. For what ever reason, the detailer they use puts an insane amount of oil/grease all over the interior thinking that it makes it looks cle worked out. For what ever reason, the detailer they use puts an insane amount of oil/grease all over the interior thinking that it makes it looks clean and nice. Instead you end of with a super greasy vehicle that you do not want to touch and slippery slimy seats you don't want to sit on. The dash and all of the plastics are now unnecessarily super "shiny" blinding me during the day. This is not normal. Had I seen this vehicle in person with this "cleaning" I would not have purchased it. Now we have to spend hours getting the horrible smell and grease off the full interior of the car. So right now it is very unpleasant to be in our newly purchased car. I mean, who likes their interior like this? More
