I purchased a used car on a Saturday, by Monday the service engine soon light came on (among sever other concerns I had). I brought it to the dealership on Wednesday to find out the transmission needed service engine soon light came on (among sever other concerns I had). I brought it to the dealership on Wednesday to find out the transmission needed to be replaced along with the front axel. They have now had the car for almost 3 weeks and no clue when I’ll get it back. It’s too late to get my money back according to the manager…even though I had the car to them within the 3 days. Customer service has been terrible (after getting the sale). It’s so frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing from Walser. I was referred by my coworker who’s purchased 5 vehicles from Walser and after this, she’s not going back either. More
Pleased with car quality, information about it's history, still waiting for part to come to possibly repair function of controls in drivers side door. Employees seem only modestly interested in being helpful. Diagnostic indicators not well explained. It seems a lot like expensive trial and error problem solving. Diagnostic indicators not well explained. It seems a lot like expensive trial and error problem solving. More

So far Walser has been helpful on dealing with the main issue of a check engine light coming on now twice for a catalytic converter going bad. We have had this happen twice within 100,000 miles, so we are issue of a check engine light coming on now twice for a catalytic converter going bad. We have had this happen twice within 100,000 miles, so we are thankful we have not incurred any cost on our end. We are, however very worried about the amount of oil that this car is running through the engine, which is the root cause of the catalytic converter failures. We have done a consumption test once and did not meet the 1 quart loss per 1000 miles, and are now going to see after 1000 miles where our consumption is again. I am hopeful there is an engine replacement coming as going roughly 30,000 miles and ruining a catalytic converter is definitely not right. Thank you so far, and we are hopeful we can get the oil consumption handled and fixed under warranty. It has been documented since 69,000 miles or so. More
