My husband and I drove 500 miles to buy our new Hyundai Santa Fe and it was worth every mile and minute to get the color exterior and interior we wanted. Nick Benincasa was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and explained the entire process, options, and features in a way we could understand. He kept us very informed leading up to us coming in, even sending personal video messages so we could put a face to his name (an unexpected, nice touch). He constantly asked if we had questions or if things looked good through the purchase process. He gave us the most thorough tour of the car and awesome features. Purchased a used vehicle that was advertised as fully road legal. On the day I took delivery of it, both headlights are burned out. Brought my 2013 Elantra in to have an oil pump replaced as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team con as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team contacted me and said that the oil pump would not solve my issue and most likely needed a new engine. Jeremy worked with corporate to get most the cost of a new engine covered under warranty. I am thankful for the honesty and hard work to get my car's problem fixed. More

Dealership was fine. Salesman was not very helpful with showing how the extras work.
