I purchased a used car on a Saturday, by Monday the service engine soon light came on (among sever other concerns I had). I brought it to the dealership on Wednesday to find out the transmission needed service engine soon light came on (among sever other concerns I had). I brought it to the dealership on Wednesday to find out the transmission needed to be replaced along with the front axel. They have now had the car for almost 3 weeks and no clue when I’ll get it back. It’s too late to get my money back according to the manager…even though I had the car to them within the 3 days. Customer service has been terrible (after getting the sale). It’s so frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing from Walser. I was referred by my coworker who’s purchased 5 vehicles from Walser and after this, she’s not going back either. More
