My car was damaged and the dealership is fighting us over it and denying that it was them. The service manager is very condensing and arrogant. First, the job they did on the car seems to be good so far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. If you call their service line, the voicemail tells you to text for a " far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. That usually would happen at the end of their work day (or sometimes the next day) and even if you respond right away, you don't hear anything again til the next day. It was completely frustrating. The links in texts and emails did not work (to approve work and to view invoice) just adding to the frustration. This would have been a 5 star rating if the communication hadn't been completely awful. More

Had some issues with diagnosing the fuel door not opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. Waiting room is very comfortable with com opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic.
