From the moment you walk in the door, it feels SO much better than other dealerships. The building is bright, clean and beautiful. Elivia is AMAZING. Before we even looked at a car she showed us the car's history, and made sure every detail was transparent. She had such a wonderful welcoming vibe. The company has a community-driven spirit, and a manager stopped by to talk about their Drive with Pride, Women of Walser, Asian Hmong Alliance, and Veterans at Walser initiatives. Their diversity and inclusion commitments are what made us look at them more closely, but their staff is what sealed the deal! HIGHLY recommend both the company and this specific location.
