Brought my 2013 Elantra in to have an oil pump replaced as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team con as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team contacted me and said that the oil pump would not solve my issue and most likely needed a new engine. Jeremy worked with corporate to get most the cost of a new engine covered under warranty. I am thankful for the honesty and hard work to get my car's problem fixed. More

Dealership was fine. Salesman was not very helpful with showing how the extras work. Did not like that we were not offered paper copies of all the agreement, sales etc. I Salesman was not very helpful with showing how the extras work. Did not like that we were not offered paper copies of all the agreement, sales etc. I requested all hard copies of our paperwork and did get them. Need to call on one copy that is not filled out correctly. It’s very difficult and disappointing when u can’t review what ur signing. More
