My husband and I drove 500 miles to buy our new Hyundai Santa Fe and it was worth every mile and minute to get the color exterior and interior we wanted. Nick Benincasa was phenomenal! We both said he was probably the car best sales person we have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and explained the entire process, options, and features in a way we could understand. He kept us very informed leading up to us coming in, even sending personal video messages so we could put a face to his name (an unexpected, nice touch). He constantly asked if we had questions or if things looked good through the purchase process. He gave us the most thorough tour of the car and awesome features. I walked away knowing more about the new car than I did the one we traded in. The rest of the staff was equally as kind and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience! More
