Thomas Burgess was great about answering my many questions via email and text, however, I wasn’t a huge fan of the fact that I wasn’t able to get my interest rate even after I submitted a finance ap questions via email and text, however, I wasn’t a huge fan of the fact that I wasn’t able to get my interest rate even after I submitted a finance application. Tony was great at the dealership as well. However, I have a problem with being forced to purchase add ons I don’t want (mainly Pulse and wheel locks). The fact that we don’t get a choice with Pulse is disappointing. I probably would have been willing to get the VSC or GAP through Walser, but ultimately decided to do those through my insurer since Pulse put me at my budget. Probably won’t recommend Walser to my friends if they are forced to purchase Pulse. Also, the inside of my windows were pretty dirty for it being a “new” car. Other than those two things, the people I worked with are good and likely have nothing to do with customers being forced to purchase Pulse or wheel locks. More

I was told my car would be ready in one hour. I have a 45 minute drive to the dealer. I understand that you were short of help when a mechanic called in sick. However, the front desk lady should have left the customers know that. I could have left my car overnight instead of sitting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours. I was watching the mechanic as he kept walking away from my vehicle and working on another car. Just communicate with your customers. The service manager then jumped in to help. Hopefully my next experience will be a better one. More
