The sales team was very good when we bought the car (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would be about an hour and a half and there was a couple of soft ware updates they would do also. When I asked why it would take so long I was told they had a big rush. I replied I had an appointment and was told they generally over book, so much for having an appointment. At the 2 hour mark I was told two different reasons why it was taking so long, one person said it was an issue with the box that does the software update was having an issue. Was then told by someone else it was one of the updates takes an hour. One or both of those people were not being truthful. It took 2.5 hours to finish the job and completely ruined my plans for the rest of the day. Really disappointed in my first interaction with the service department. I have pre purchased multiple oil changes and am now wondering if that was a mistake. We will see how the next appointment goes but after the first one I can not in good faith recommend your service department. More
