I have had a completely disappointing experience with Hyundai Walser. Less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, multiple issues started appearing, and getting them addressed has been an uphill battl Hyundai Walser. Less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, multiple issues started appearing, and getting them addressed has been an uphill battle. When I initially brought the car in, I was told they would fix one issue, while other problems were still occurring. After reporting all of the concerns, more than a week has passed and the issues still have not been properly resolved. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. I have had to repeatedly call for updates because no one proactively reaches out to keep me informed. Ironically, before I purchased the vehicle, I received frequent calls and follow-ups from the sales team. Now that there is a problem, it feels like I am being ignored. To make matters worse, I was told there were no loaner vehicles available, leaving me without a practical solution while my car remains unresolved. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service, better communication, and more urgency in addressing problems with a vehicle that I have owned for less than a month. More
