But…it was missing the spare tire, TPS didn’t work and a running light was out. None of these things were brought to our attention - I had to discover them. To their credit, agreed to fix the TPS and provide air to compensate for the lack of a spare. Refused to fix the running light though because “it’s not a safety issue.” That seemed petty. More

I purchased this vehicle online with phone conversations with a sales consultant and sales manager. Asked a few times if any hidden fees. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with with a sales consultant and sales manager. Asked a few times if any hidden fees. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with a different sales consultant as the sales person and sales manager I spoke with over the phone were off that day. I was not informed of that prior. My reasoning for a four star rating has to do with the fact they did not reveal the $399 charge for the Pulse 3000 (which we had them remove prior to signing) and the delivery process took way too long as the sales person went through all the add on options which we were not interested in. That process needs to be shortened up. On the plus side we got a great price on the vehicle and it was in very good delivery condition. I had high hopes of a great experience at this dealership but the sales presentation for the add on items and not informing us of the additional $399 Pulse 3000 charge made this a typical frustrating car buying experience. The sales team was very good when we bought the car (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would be about an hour and a half and there was a couple of soft ware updates they would do also. When I asked why it would take so long I was told they had a big rush. I replied I had an appointment and was told they generally over book, so much for having an appointment. At the 2 hour mark I was told two different reasons why it was taking so long, one person said it was an issue with the box that does the software update was having an issue. Was then told by someone else it was one of the updates takes an hour. One or both of those people were not being truthful. It took 2.5 hours to finish the job and completely ruined my plans for the rest of the day. Really disappointed in my first interaction with the service department. I have pre purchased multiple oil changes and am now wondering if that was a mistake. We will see how the next appointment goes but after the first one I can not in good faith recommend your service department. More
