I asked about what additional services needed to be scheduled for my vehicle at 60k miles. I was asked if I wanted the complementary car wash after my service. When I was went out the door I was not gi scheduled for my vehicle at 60k miles. I was asked if I wanted the complementary car wash after my service. When I was went out the door I was not given any information about 60k services and only when I went back to ask about the car wash was I told it was suddenly out of service. More

Test drive and sale of vehicle were fine. Wouldn’t negotiate on price but it was fair to begin with. Manager comes over during talk and tells me they have been getting alot of calls about the Wouldn’t negotiate on price but it was fair to begin with. Wasnt really any pressure on financing or too bad on warranty stuff other than they do the common wrap everything into a monthly payment increase vs what is that warranty is actually going to cost you so you cant balance it clearly. Was a pre owned vehicle with rust proofing done and they still tried to sell it to me. My main issue really was after sale. Two weeks later we had some rain and the driver’s door filled with water. I called my salesman to see if they would fix it and he coyly asks what i want them to do about it. Said he would talk to his manager then never heard from him again. I went without a bumper to bumper but at the same time if you purchase a $50k vehicle making a $80 dollar repair to drain the door and clean out the weep holes and investigate a door seal is a small price to pay to maintain a customer relationship. Buying my first car I would have to make payments on and finding a good car made me nervous.
