My wife and I worked with Anthony Haas. Shortly after we contacted the dealership with the vehicle we were interested in, Anthony got involved and went to the effort of pulling it out of in Shortly after we contacted the dealership with the vehicle we were interested in, Anthony got involved and went to the effort of pulling it out of inventory and did a personal video, using our names and showing us the major external and internal features. The video was very informative and much appreciated by my wife and me. When we showed up at the dealership to see the vehicle and do a test drive, it was ready to go. Service writer did not note my specific request NOT to change tire pressure and then the mechanic lied about in and out tire pressure. He released air out of hot tires. I checked my tires the following da change tire pressure and then the mechanic lied about in and out tire pressure. He released air out of hot tires. I checked my tires the following day and all 4 were way below the correct pressure and I had to air them up! When checking out the service writer was in a real hurry to get me out the door. She bouncing around from one station to another and doing this and doing that. Told me the amount I owed and basically ignored me. It was a very disappointing experience. It was my first time to this dealership and it's highly unlikely I will come back again. In fact I have already shared this experience with a number of people and it wasn't positive. Do better! More
