The car is fixed but horrible customer service. Waited forever in the service center to be helped 2x with only max one person helping customers. Multiple times there wasn't even anyone in the service cent forever in the service center to be helped 2x with only max one person helping customers. Bought an extended warranty on my car and was never even provided an exclusion list or any information on the warranty when I purchased the car. More

They were nice, honest, and friendly in the service department. The quality of the work was good thus far bit it has only been 4 days since the engine replacement. The two items they could improve on are 1) wash and clean the vehicle when done and 2) the loaner vehicle for warranty work should be at at least equivalent to the vehicle being repaired. They had my Titan for 3 weeks And I got a Sentra for the first week the a Rogue. At a minimum I should have been given a Frontier if not a Titan. More
They are normally very good. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. However, two hours for an oil change/tire rotation is excessive.
