Bought used car brakes were squeaking and antenna was missing. Brought in for service antenna ordered and informed brakes are new and may need “wearing” in. Great service, but bad scheduling and timing. After we made an appointment for routine service, we were told that the shop was backed up and that it could take 2 hours. That's TOTALLY fine, we get it, so made an appointment for routine service, we were told that the shop was backed up and that it could take 2 hours. That's TOTALLY fine, we get it, so rather than waiting, we drove home (15 minutes) to get our other car, returned and dropped off our Nissan (15 minutes), drove home again (20 minutes from drop off time), and received a call 10 minutes afterwards saying the service was complete. It ended up taking 30-40 minutes for the service, but an extra 40 minutes of our time driving back and forth because of inaccurate information and disregard for the appointment we scheduled in advance with intention to wait (as indicated at time of scheduling). Again, I don't care if a shop gets behind, that happens. I care if I'm told inaccurate information and it costs me time and gas money. If you don't know the answer, don't answer. If you think ahead of time that the shop is backed up, call appointments and tell them to plan accordingly. But don't tell us 2 hours and let us walk out of you're making it up. I don't know our Samantha made it up or the service tech she asked made it up, but someone was very wrong. More

Fuccillo always has employees that are wonderful to work with. They are so friendly and incredibly understanding. I'm not the most knowledgeable about cars, but I'm always spoken to with respect. There was a noise on my brakes when I left, which alarmed me and caused me inconvenience but I brought it back immediately friendly and informative.
