I waited a while before coming online to write this review because I was waiting on a call back from Derick Powers, who’s supposed to be above the general manager Eric Elky, but I never received a call back. Let me start with my sales experience was great. There was one issue with the car grinding and I was assured would be corrected and they were all super friendly and helpful. Service on the other hand was a joke and a scam. After having my car looked at by service the first time for the issue we had during sales I left with another problem, a ticking out of my front wheels, that I did not have before I got there. I made sure I called immediately after pulling out to let them know. I also informed the manger Fran before my appointment to have the grinding fixed. It took 5 service appointments and them having my car longer than I did the first 2 months to have them tell me that they figured out what the ticking was but were not going to fix it because it was safe. Even though I did not have this issue until the service crew took off all my tires brakes, rotors at my first appointment. My complaints went all the way up to the general manager Eric. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Constantly speaking over me, and sarcastically speaking to me the whole conversation as if my concerns were a joke to him. When he gave me the wrong information that Fran, the service manger, gave him and I told him I wanted to correct some of the things he said because it WAS NOT what happen he told me no he wasn’t going to listen and I wasn’t going to correct him. The tone he had with me vs when he spoke to my fiancé earlier in the day was a complete 180. I had a ton of issues with service that if I went into detail right now this would be a book. Overall, Eric the service advisor was either clueless or purposely not listening to my concerns so they didn’t have to be addressed, which got me sent to Samantha as my advisor who was so much better and helpful and listened to what we were saying. Eric Elky was extremely unprofessional. ***he told me they weren’t going to fix the ticking because my rotors were rusted. The Carfax I was given when I was in the process of looking at the car said all brakes and rotors were brand new the month prior by fuccillo when they got the car. When I questioned Eric why it would say fuccillo did the service work he told me that they must have looked new when they got the car in so they put it down as they did the work. I have this man on a VOICE RECORDING telling me that they put information on the car fax that is not correct and the sales staff assumes and interprets what it means when selling the car. *** More
