I did a lot of research and pricing before I actually decided on purchasing a Subaru through anyone. The irony of it all is that I didnt purchase it through Subaru dealer, I chose Doug-who is a mazda re decided on purchasing a Subaru through anyone. He was the most agressive in pricing/bargaining for me-without the dealer BS that you usually get through most sales people. He gave me no hassle with my trade in, and was very professional overall. I would recommend Doug to anyone who is looking for a new car. The whole process of purchasing is very stressful and he had made it bearable!!! (a good bearable!) I can truly understand why he is so successful at what he does. Thank you Doug and Mazda in Renton. And no thanks to Subaru of Renton- especially Glenn. More

It was late on a Friday evening, gave them a call and Duke made sure the car I wanted was ready for a drive when I got there. Doug was an exceptional sales representative. He knew the ins and outs of the vehicles and treated us with the utmost respect. He was also devoted to us as his clients, as he stayed a little bit longer after the dealership closed to work with us. My experience with Walkers Mazda was very pleasent. First of all, I was able to get a price which was very competative on the phone/email rather than needing to come to dealership (where as most of the other of all, I was able to get a price which was very competative on the phone/email rather than needing to come to dealership (where as most of the other dealers don't give you a good price withoout walking into the dealership) and then my experience at the dealership was also excellent. The whole transaction look close to an hour and we walked out with the car. Overall very happy with this dealership. More
Buying the new car was one of the more pleasant experience I've had with a dealership. Both the salesperson and the sales manager were both friendly, knowledgeable and had good sense of humor. We weren't planning to shop there, since the inventory of Mazda6 was rather small, and they didn't have the trim we were interested in, but since I was having my car serviced there, decided to take a test drive on one of the available models. They were quickly able to find the exact car we were interested in and promised that they could get the car very soon. So we completed our transaction, including agreeing upon a trade-in price for our 2006 Mazda6, and the new car was ready to drive off when we were done with setting up the financing. As with any car purchasing it helps to make things go smoothly, if you know what you are looking for, the financing terms, and the value of the car you're using as a trade-in. A very positive experience for us. More
I received a letter from a local Nissan dealer offering me 115% of fair blue book value for my 2006 Mazda 6 for a trade-in. I'm not interested in buying a Nissan, but had been wanting to upgrade to a CX-9 me 115% of fair blue book value for my 2006 Mazda 6 for a trade-in. I'm not interested in buying a Nissan, but had been wanting to upgrade to a CX-9 for a while and called to see if it was possible to get the same sort of deal with Mazda without really increasing my payments. Not only was I offered an incredible deal, the finance department worked with me to get me a deal on GAP coverage to keep my payments low. The staff were all extremely friendly and very sweet to my girls who are 2 and 4. It was a great experience for all of us and we got everything taken care of in a timely manner. I was super excited to drive my new car home, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

I just purchased a 2011 Mazda3 from Doug Troung at Walkers. I had to purchase a new car since my 2008 Mazda was totalled in a rear end accident. I had purchased the 2008 also from Doug at Walkers three years before. When we walked into Walkers, Doug recognized us immediately which was impressive since we had not seen him for three years. We were very happy that he happened to be working that day. Doug was gracious, kind, and attentive without being pushy. We were happy that Walkers was able to give us a "loyalty" discount of $500 since this was our second purchase with them. We were also pleased with the excellent offer for 0.0% interest fee and no penalties for early cashout on the purchase, since we plan to use the settlement offer from the insurance company and pay the difference in a short period of time. This was a major factor in our decision to purchase a new 2011, rather than a certified older model. However, probably the biggest factor in our purchase was Doug's excellent salemanship and custormer service. During both purchase experiences, we had visited other dealerships and were simply unimpressed with other salesmen. We really appreciate Doug's good manners, upfront salesmanship, and willingness to help us with any issues. I would absolutely refer friends and family to him for their next Mazda purchase. More
