Doug was a fantastic person to work with, i was on the the market for a new car and i had a good handful of dealership bidding the price down over 2 weeks. He was even replying to email 4 in the morning!!!! After he won the bid, i went into the dealership with great great skepticism and expecting the worst possible situation. That was not the case at all, the car was there as promised, the specific model and the price was exactly what we have ironed out over the email. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5. hrs. I couldn't drive the car back the same day as I was in a rental, Doug provided the same day drop off service. He drove the car to my apartment later that night and handed me the keys. I had a great time working with Doug, it was very straight forward with 100% transparency. I would be buying my next Mazda from him int the future. Highly recommended, More

If you also know the numbers, he will work with you to get the best deal that they can provide. My first car-buying experience was with Doug. At the time, I was just looking for a car that I can get for a really good deal and a low monthly rate that I can manage. I was not that picky about the color of the car or what it looked like. I eventually started negotiating a deal for an Mazda3 i Sport sedan. I actually was there for quite some time, making sure I understood everything I was signing before making the sale, and he was very patient with me. When I had questions about totals and numbers, he was more than happy to explain to me what I was getting myself in to. When the time came for me to look for a second car, I was a bit pickier this time. I decided to go for a Mazda3 s Sport hatchback...in celestial blue (I was very adamant about the color)! It was everything I wanted plus more. Even though I did some thorough research of my own on the make and model of the car, since we had worked with Doug before, he just cut right to the chase on how I could take the car home at the dealership. It did not take longer than an hour or so to get the paperwork squared away. And before I walked away, he even demonstrated to me some of the new features that my new car had that my old car didn't. My experience with Walker's Renton has been pleasant and comfortable. I never felt like I was being harassed to buy a car or talked down to for not understanding the costs or paperwork. There were no surprises about additional fees or anything like that because we also asked the right questions. I needed an SUV now and was interested in a Forester, when I found out that Walker' saleman, Doug Truong who sold me the Speed 3 a couple years ago. He is very professional, helpful, considerate, honest and fair. I really have enjoyed working with him on both purchases. Outstanding Salesman!! Gary in the Mazda Service Center has always been helpful in trying to resolve any issues I had with the Speed 3 even when the service tech couldn't get the problem fixed.
