We shopped around for a new Mazda 5 and went to Walkers in Renton after much research and getting an email from their internet manager Doug. We did not get the high pressure selling and it was relaxed and the people there did their best to answer our questions. We have two kids and they made them feel comfortable and let them go around the lot and look at all the cars so they had fun while we were waiting on some paperwork. Ken Palmer especially was the nicest person we could ask for to work with and he took care of all our questions and followed up with answers. We have had the car for a month now and what has impressed us is that they have followed up and answered all our questions so it is not just sell the car and goodbye. One simple example - we got our plates and went there to pick them up and Ken was there and had the plates installed himself! I could not have been happier with the experience and this is my 5th car purchase and by far the best experience I have had. I would recommend that you check this place out if the price seems about right - the people want to sell and make the experience pleasent. More

I had really pleasant car buying experience with Duke at Walker’s Renton Mazda. I just called them on Easter Sunday evening for their Easter Special. The special deal car was already sold out but Duke got Walker’s Renton Mazda. I just called them on Easter Sunday evening for their Easter Special. Within a couple of hours, we did test drive, sold our old Mustang, purchased car alarm options & good to go.
