Ian Wang is the salesman I dealt with. I had a great experience working with Ian in deciding which car to select while purchasing my Mazda. This was a positive experience, no pressure from Ian, just pat experience working with Ian in deciding which car to select while purchasing my Mazda. This was a positive experience, no pressure from Ian, just patience and a few suggestions he made helped me decide. Ian is extremely knowledgeable, you can tell he believes in what he is selling. I absolutely love my choice and will return to Walker's Renton Mazda for my next car. The new building is inviting, clean and provides a good atmosphere, the service department does a great job and the vehicle is done in a timely manner, as promised. Yes, I came in for service and bought a different Mazda while I was waiting. More
Twice now the dealership has listed vehicles online that they do not have in stock. Both times we've called ahead (one of which was minutes before arriving) to confirm the vehicle we wanted to look at was s they do not have in stock. Both times we've called ahead (one of which was minutes before arriving) to confirm the vehicle we wanted to look at was still available. The first time, they told us the vehicle had just sold. The second time they tried to show us a different vehicle, pretending like it was the one we asked about. It wasn't until we noticed the mileage was different than the one we were there to look at and said something, that the sales person even acknowledged that it was a different vehicle. They then pretended to look for it in the back of the lot, then came back telling us it was sold a few days ago and the online listing hadn't been updated. We will never purchase from this dealership. Honesty goes a long way, especially in an industry known for lying to get the deal. More
This dealership was solidly okay. It is very clean inside, and my salesperson (Christian Gonzalez) was knowledgeable about the CX-5 I was purchasing. I had done a fair amount of research about the veh inside, and my salesperson (Christian Gonzalez) was knowledgeable about the CX-5 I was purchasing. I had done a fair amount of research about the vehicle and its technology beforehand, and in the end I knew a bit more than he did. The average person who comes in without doing research beforehand will learn a lot from Christian. In terms of sales techniques, I got the standard runaround - the first price was very high, here are the four squares, I'm going to discuss it with the finance manager, etc. - but Christian wasn't pushy about any of it. That said, including the test drive and about a half an hour of my hemming and hawing about add-ons, I was there for over SIX HOURS. All in all, it was a decent experience - not really bad or really great, but I wish it had been shorter. More

We knew exactly what we wanted before we walked into the dealership: a white CX-5 Signature. Michael Bell and Chris McKay made the process easy, with their professionalism and attention to detail. The new facility is sparkling; if the service department is managed like the sales/financing side, working with them will be another good experience. More

1) The Auto I bought: I did a lot of research on the CX-30 .It has all the specs I was looking for and the deal I got and trade in was excellent. The CX 30 is a technological powerhouse. So far I am ve CX-30 .It has all the specs I was looking for and the deal I got and trade in was excellent. The CX 30 is a technological powerhouse. So far I am very delighted with my purchase. 2) The Sales Process: I made an appointment with Trevor over the phone and the when I met him he greeted me at the door very enthusiastically. He showed me the CX-30 I was looking for and told me he was new to the auto sales business and in a learning process. I accepted this because I've been there myself. It can be brutal. We both together familiarized ourselves about the features and amenities of the vehicle. I agreed to buying it and when we got down to the paperwork and financing the deal it became very awkward because his learning curve kicked in. I must say he kept up his positivity and enthusiasm. Bravo Trevor. Ar this point a gentleman and senior sales consultant Jerod appeared.. Jerod then took over and did a very attractive deal. I had made Trevor's first sale. I congratulated him and told him he needs to do 3 more sales the next day. 3) Financing: I met Carrie the Finance Manager to 'sign the papers'. She explained the warranties, arbitration, extended warranties, insurance, and legalize of what it means in a clear but rapid pace. I began to think in addition to being a finance manager she was also a sales rep of products and services relevant to an auto purchase. I digested as best I could all this and accepted what I thought was best. A good experience but sort of a brick wall with a timer on your head. 4) Service Department: No experience yet. I ordered some upgrades for the new vehicle and waiting for the parts to come and get a call from the service department for the installation. Take aways: New Sales reps - Be enthusiastic. Be knowledgeable about your products. General environment - Have a little WiFi going on in the dealership and offer your customers beverages. I have to say this dealership is in the process of building a new Mazda Sales and Service Center. Prep and delivery of the vehicle. Do better than a mop on the roof and a hose and clean the windows too. Also check the air in the tires. All 4 on mine each were underinflated. Introduce your new customer to the service and parts departments. All this being said I am giving this dealer 4 stars. More
Incredibly negligent and consistently incompetent service department. Beginning with the first oil change, they have done extraordinary damage to my vehicle. Staff turn over constantly, and are miserable. Cu department. Beginning with the first oil change, they have done extraordinary damage to my vehicle. Staff turn over constantly, and are miserable. Customers get shoved between remaining staff until they leave, then get shoved onto the newbie. Managers take zero responsibility for the department. More
