The vehicle was in from June 10 through 24. RO#9148228 We had to pick up the car on June 24, as we had another appointment the following week; otherwise, it would have been there longer. Jason told us it should be safe to drive in the meantime (Really? How'd they know when they can't even figure out what the problem is?), and bring it back. This has become a safety issue, and the problem (noise from front left) has gotten even worse since then. If they couldn't figure out in two weeks, they probably never will. Seems as if they're trying to avoid honoring the warranty (the car has only 17,500 miles on it). No way we're returning - taking to another dealer.
