Very satisfied customer!!! My daughters Camry had a check engine light on and a message to have "hybrid system checked" After reading these reviews I was so scared to bring in My daughters Camry had a check engine light on and a message to have "hybrid system checked" After reading these reviews I was so scared to bring in the car!! I also know that hybrid work can be costly! But the car needed to be fixed and since it's a hybrid, Toyota needs to do the work. I contacted the service manager Reggie and shared my concerns about the horrible reviews and he assured me that the car would be handled in a way that would "earn my trust"! He was patient and with sincerity wanted to make sure my experience was a positive one, and he did just that!! He returned all my calls in a timely fashion, he called with the estimate of what "had" to be done (according to the check engine light) and suggested some other things that could be fixed, but there was no pressure and he was very straight forward with me. The car was diagnosed and fixed in the timeframe he gave me. There was a couple recalls on the car and he made sure the work for those was done as well!! When I picked up the car the horrible noise was gone and it seems to be handling nicely!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I now will be using this service center with confidence!! Thanks again Reggie and the "hybrid specific" mechanic who did the work!!! More

Mr. Smith provided us stellar professional sale on our truck from start to finish. He quickly got us the keys to the truck for our test drive and my wife love the truck so much, we bought it. Upon returning from the test drive, Brian provided us a great "bottom line price" up front that suprise my wife and I. We did not need to haggle for several hours like other dealers in the area to get the fair "out the door" price. I even added two options that total $1K and he included them as part of the great price. Brian's peers/team mates even provided us a shuttle ride to shop around while waiting for the running board to be installed the same day.
