I guess the work has been ok. A huge transmission solenoid repair in December (all the lights came on) then another huge catalytic converter repair (all the lights came on) in Ja A huge transmission solenoid repair in December (all the lights came on) then another huge catalytic converter repair (all the lights came on) in January....5 weeks later. Spent equivalent of 9 monthly car payments in 5 weeks and they tell me the rear suspension needs replaced as well...nothing like a years worth of car payments of repairs in 2 months and my car has been meticulously cared for. The 2013 Subaru has been a total lemon when it reached 125,000 miles and I still have no answer for the car sounding like a vehicle with 40" tires on it. I am frustrated with this mess. Was going to trade in the car for a new vehicle and the sales manager said he would take off the initial repair off the price of the vehicle but he lied and I have it in writing. So I went back and forth with the sales team and they told me my car was worth $500. So you know what my repair issues are and you use it against me. Now you want to know why car salesman get a bad reputation. Then all the sudden my car is worth $4000 in trade-in. What is it? I walked away from the sale because of a $700 difference? You have a bait and switch deal that allows you to either take the $2,500ish off MSRP or you can pay down the loan to $30,000 to get the lucrative 0.9% or 1.9% loan but you can't have both. I was going to take the latter and hence your sales manager bailed out of his original promise of the maintenance coming off the price. You let me walk away from the sale and walk into the service department and just get the repair done. Either way you got our money but frankly I am not coming back. And to think we were recommended to you? This car has been all over the US and worked on by multiple service centers in 5 different states and I trusted them all but I am just not feeling it at your facility. More
