You are absolutely right, your 2024 Crosstrek Limited does indeed have heated side mirrors ... those are standard on that model and trim. We are not sure what happened that caused the incorrect info, but we will definitely look into that to prevent a future occurrence. Again, we are terribly sorry for your experience.

Unfortunately we do not have control over what Carfax sends out. The email you received is a service they provide, and to be quite honest, it hasn't been very good thus far based on the number of complaints we've received. So we do apologize.
