Came back for inspection on ‘24 crosstrek, told my tires needed to be replaced, and that an issue I was having was not part of my package so I’d have to pay out of pocket… completely unacceptable. They go above and beyond. My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be do My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be done on our vehicle at the 30k milestone after they send me a carfax email saying that it needed 30k service. I wont be buying an extended warranty ever again. More
