Had my car over 5 days from collision center . . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. I pd it ..I left work tp go get car and return rental .. drove 90 min and car wasn't at collision .. Keayon said car was still being worked on and would be done by end of day .. he lied earlier in the day .. I missed work .. and I had to pay an extra 2 days on my rental .. this is unacceptable.. and I want to know how I will be compensated for it . Unhappy customer.. w & l collision called me every day to inform me what was going on ..they went above and beyond can't say the same for service center and esp ..Keayon.. My car is still giving me the same issues, after being at the service center. The after video inspection that was sent me could use better wording, you should never make costumers feel like they are a bother the service center. They didn't even address the one issue I mentioned, said they couldn't hear it because of the rain? I appreciate that they give you a loaner without hassle and actually offer it without even having to ask. More
